Wishing I could get answers

My symptoms started several years ago and I was tested for everything and eventually diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Recently, started getting uncontrollable horizontal shaking in my right eye, pressure in head and my leg pains returned. Feels as though there are tight bands encircling everything from my hips to my ankles. Pain lasts for days, sometimes comes and goes or remains constant. I had an MRI about 3 years ago but no lesions. I have suspected for a while that I have MS and am in the process of trying to get my insurance to approve another MRI. The leg pain is becoming unbearable. Just wishing I could get a definitive diagnosis.
