Just want to thank ElliotB for his info (I don't remember in which topic he mentionned that) regarding a device to train walking muscles.


I bought the same device as above, and after a few intense sessions, I already feel improvement in my walking aptitudes.

No need to say this device 's gonna be my daily partner...

I find this machine to be helping me tremendously as well. And the difference from any other exercise or exercise machine of any kind I have done/used is incredible!
