2016 study: cu/zn ratio as a diagnostic marker for taste disorders

fascinating. i have considered 0.7-1.0 the target range when cu is in the numerator. so, 1.1 as a point above which zinc deficit - associated taste disorder is more likely makes sense.

i like that the researchers here were so specific about the blood draw details, too. makes a difference.
