Back after years

Hello, I can't remember the last time I was here so thought I'd do a brief (Re) introduction.
I'm burntsienna, dx in 1996, now SPMS. Live in the UK, from US originally. On gabapentin, propranolol (beta blocker, for hand tremor) Trazadone, and daily profilactic nitrofurantoin (antibiotic) because of my being very prone to uti. I've been on the STAT2 trial of high dose simvastatin for SPMS but currently on a break from it as I've had muscle pain. I will probably be considered for fampridine when it is available on NHS (it hasn't been licenced in England but it has in Wales where I live and just waiting for the health boards to sort out the particulars). Siponimod in the pipeline over here, but who knows.
I have 2 children ages 5 and 14)so I'm crazy most of the time and can't sort my own head out plus everyone else's so I probably won't post much. I'm very tired.
