Hi,
Drugs are supposed to be one way. Interventions, like stem cells are thought to be another. Some of us come from a time when we were told to go away and wait as there were no treatments. To date, none of the treatments are perfect. Some make it to market and are then withdrawn because there are unintended consequences.
By all means try different ideas but don't neglect simple issues like diet and exercise. They can make a big difference.
Regards,

Several drugs are under development. Who knows when, or if, they'll be available.
Actually, lipoic acid is currently available. But since it's not FDA approved for MS, your insurance certainly isn't going to pay for it. It's also unknown at this time what the long term benefits are.
Can we wind this conversation back in time? You're very certain that you need drugs and you're very certain that without them you can't have kids. Neither of those things are absolutely true. It depends on a lot of different factors.
Can you tell us a little bit about yourself? There will be people here who can share their experiences with you.
Regards,
