6% CD19+ cells after Ocrevus Infusion

Hi, after 2+ months after last 600mg dose of Ocrevus (my 4th full dose), I have 6% CD19+ cells percentage of total lymphocytes cells, which is the lowest value of normal (6-19), however total count of CD19+ cells is slightly under lowest value of normal 88,29 (100-500).
Did you ever experienced such a quick repopulation?
It looks like I got water in infusion not a Ocrevus at all.
