Phosphatidyl Choline question

Hello folks

Well I am just reviewing my supps - something I do when I get a trigeinal neuralgia flare and my other remedies have't helped much.

I have been taking phosphatidyl serine for a long time - but not the choline version. Does anyone here take it? I am sure I have seen a discussion on this but can't find it so apologies.

My list of supps are too numerous to mention. After Brexit orders became a lot more difficult to place too so have had to change up suppliers and brands.

Best wishes from a dark and windy London and thanks in advance for reading

J

I’ve taken sunflower lecithin powder. I would mix a tablespoon with some plain yogurt. It provides phosphatidyl choline as well as phosphatidyl ethanolamine and phosphatidyl inositol. It gave me a noticeable energy bump when I first started consuming it. It also gave the yogurt a creamy texture and flavor.

Thanks NHE that's very helpful. And I could use an energy bump!
