I have not been diagnosed yet waiting on spinal tap. My MRI last week said this
Tiny nonspecific FLAIR hyperintensity probably due to chronic ischemic change.

Does it mean MS I have not got to talk to Doctor

Hi,
I would see the doctor. Ischemic change implies a problem related to oxygen availability. That can have many origins.
You need to address what the underlying issue is... and definitely don't guess.

Not by itself. Your doctor will have to look at all of your test results and symptoms and rule out any other possible cause. The reason, an MS diagnosis is a process of elimination. There are many things that can cause hyperintensities. Some examples include migraine headaches, vitamin B12 & folate deficiency, etc. as well as MS. An ischemic change could also be due to sleep apnea which is much more common than MS.
