Ocrevus as first DMT

As background...diagnosed just about 20 years ago with rrms. Have had a slow decline. Can still run maybe a mile if I had to do it but I'm at point of have a slight but noticeable limp in right leg (has been a limp for a while but kind of not visible). I don't have an EDSS score so -- just trying to provide context. I'm 63 and use supplements, physical therapy, exercise.
Ocrevus is a clearly different class of drug and the first time I've thought about starting a treatment. I've set up an appoint w neuro. Just wondering (A) Will my age be a problem (B) Would insurance likely force me to try copaxone or some inferior drug first (C) I'll have to transition to Medicare at 65, does anyone have experience with the transfusions being covered. Thanks for any insight!
