RAS therapy?

I've been reading 'I Heard There Was A Secret Chord' - a book about music and it's effect on the brain. There was an interesting discussion on Rhythmic Auditory Stimulation, and it's positive effect on people with MS. Has anyone looked into this? Here is a link with more info:
