High levels of Hepatic enzymes - what now?

Just took wife's blood tests and she has high hepatic enzymes, mainly ALT:
SGOT-AST: 40 U/L
SGPT-ALT: 61 U/L
PHOSPHATASE (alkaline): 50 U/L
gGT: 13 U/L (glutamilotraspherase)
Plus she has up the B12 (908pg/ml) but this is easy to regulate by stopping her B complex, could this be the reason for high ALT levels?
I have read high ALT could be from mononucleosis, alcoholism, liver damage, kidney infection, chemical pollutants (now I am really scary)!
She takes what Dr Bob Lawrence suggests plus acetyl-L-carnitine, curcumin, acidophilus, follows BBD etc and takes 3mg LDN every night.
Does this means she should stop LDN which is the worst you can tell me? Or should have a brake every week or so for one day?
She has had many relapses last year and just recenlty feels better.
Your help PLEEEEEASE!
