Hi everyone. 42 and newly diagnosed with MS ( dec 08 ). Just started with Avonex injections yesterday. Still feeling very ignorant about the disease....but places like this help with the self-education

Anyways.... just wanted to say I appreciated the info provided here.... it helps take some of the mystery out of what to expect.

Welcome to the site. My hubby was 43 at diagnosis. Like you, older than the average. Sorry you find yourself here, but it's a good place to learn and share.

I could also be called Resin veins, and it has nothing to do with being an artisan!! . Welcome to the board RV. I'm also 42 (for about 22 more days) and I started on Avonex as well. Good luck, and check in often, you'll learn a lot here.
