Zamboni new publication?
Zamboni new publication?
Hi,
Sorry to put up a new post, but I can't find the info needed in all the other posts:
In which magazine will P. Zamboni publish his results of the tracking of the liberation procedure tomorrow?
I seem to remember there was a link or a title mentioned.
Need this to inform a journalist who might be interested.
Thanks!
Inge

I have not had time to look for this today (I probably will not have time to look at it before this weekend). However, on yesterday’s CTV National News, they talked about the results published yesterday in the Journal of Vascular Surgery
They said that the study included 65 ms patients
In the study:
- Complications were negligible
- 50% of patients with RRMS were relapse free for at least 18 months
- Symptoms returned primarily if the veins renarrowed
- Lesions on the brain dropped significantly
I posted a link about the newscast yesterday here;

Just got an e-mail update from the CTV folks...they were publicizing the paper's publication, and wanted to update with information they just received.
The Journal of Vascular Surgery was having "production difficulties" today and not able to post the paper. No news on date.
Yeah, not good. Sorry guys. I'll post if I get any new info.

Thanks, Joan.
I know nothing about the publication schedule but having spent the day out doing business I thought it might be helpful to point out to our non-
American friends that a lot of things here are starting to slow down for the big holiday on Thursday. Traveling is well underway. So maybe the paper will show up tomorrow, but if it doesn't for a few days, it may very well be due to a holiday delay and extended break.
