I am new to this site, so hello everyone!! I am 55yr old female, diagnosed with MS since 11 yrs. Had 3 attacks in the beginning, and no attacks at all since taking copaxone injections 6 yrs ago. I read some comments about gaining weight with copaxone, and this answers my thoughts re my weight too.
I am looking for anyone from this area who takes copaxone. Since it is not available here, a god-sent friend carries it for me from Europe 3 times a year.... So inconvenient.

i think it is to monitor you plaques...that way there is some type of referrence should you partake in a treatment that will give them some kind of idea if they are healing--going away...what have you...
