Carol, all discussion regarding MS are indeed generally welcome here. You'll get a good sense of that by browsing any of the discussions and seeing the breadth of topics discussed.

And yes, the search engine isn't the best, so try looking at forums of interest, or using the google site search on the left.

TM has a remarkably litigious orientation, threatening anyone who publishes any critique or negative opinion about his protocol and discouraging any open public discussion in this way. A rather excellent critique was on this CFIDS site, and you can make up your own mind about the threat to open discourse.
