Hi everyone,

Like most people do, I started preparing a list of things to remember prior to my trip to Katowice starting June 23rd. It's quite detailed as originally it was mostly for my husband's benefit. He has computer phobia and doesn't read the forums. When I offered to share my notes several people requested copies. So... here you go.

Disclaimers: These are personal notes, things that struck me as important. I have since gone back and tried with limited success to generalize. Some things will not apply to everyone (e.g., I am from the US, you may be from Canada, etc.), nor did I try to make them fit every situation. So use what you like, edit at will, make them your own.

Also I realized that I didn't always give credit to my sources... since these started out as personal notes... so please don't be hurt if I took your advice but didn't give you credit. I'm sorry about that and I can add your name if you request it. On the other hand, you might do a search and discover your own name in here, O Pioneers. :)

Thanks to everyone for making this info available! I'm sure I forgot something so post your own nuggets of wisdom here if you like. This is 12 pages long already but what the heck.

Click the link below and save to your computer. It has been scanned for viruses but use at your own risk.

Hope this helps somebody,
Pam
