IJV thrombosis associated with shiatsu massage

Post by sbr487 »

One can derive multiple conclusions from this:

- Issues with veins can cause lot of neurological symptoms. They need not be necessarily be MS.
- This is also a sensitive part and things can go wrong due to unnecessary intervention.
- Be careful when you try massaging your neck.

A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it

As some 'Liberated' folks are finding...there have been 'old clots' found in vessels, new ones could develop,etc...and
too vigorous, or repetitive motions could cause clots to move/ immobilize
causing 'stroke' , other cardiovascular event!

Thanks for the word:caution...!
we don't need to compound our neurological/vascular issues!
