Do a search
for capsaicin and blood clots and you will see that many believe capsaicin to protect against thrombosis.
So perhaps you should consider eating lots of hot food before and after a procedure for CCSVI?
I had a thrombosis following treatment. I was on pharmaceutical blood thinners in response but I also love really hot food. I have a couple of sauces, with names like 'Ultra Death' and 'Mad Dog 357 Silver Edition' which I really love, and perhaps it was these that shifted the clot.
