Hi everyone, can you please give some advice and tell me what your doing after CCSVI proc. pertaining to your diet, exercise, lifestyle in general.

John had the procedure in Nov. and is having the procedure again due to elastic recoil. I was just reading Gordons thread stating that he does not consume red meat, orange juice, etc.

This is actually two things that John consumes on a daily basis. Which concerns me.

I would recommend when looking at diets that you make sure to decide what you can and can't live without. Look at the Best Bet diet and the Swank Diet online - I think those are two of the most popular. I personally cut out all foods that could cause allergies then re-introduced to see what made me have gut problems. I am gluten free and limit my intake of dairy... no cow's milk! Fruits and veggies just make me feel better, so I "try" to ensure they are in my diet as much as possible.
