I am an optimist and would never say never but...(and this is opinion with no RCT to back it up), if a person had absolutely no immediate improvements and nothing within the first 1 - 3 months, then I would not hold out hope for later improvements. I would get tested to see if CCSVI was still present. Undertreatment, restenosis, complication of the procedure, untreatable issues like hypoplasia, or nonresponder would all be possibilities.

But if there is anyone here who had no immediate improvements and went on to have gradual improvements starting at six months, that would be a good sign.
