CCSVI Forum Update Thread:
Some MS symptoms make it difficult to keep up with how fast the forum moves.
Perhaps a summary of new info could be provided.

Questions: Ideas and comments wanted!

1) Are there members willing to do the updates?
2) Are there others also interested in reading updates?
3) Should a poll be done to gauge interest?
4) Should the updates be monthly, weekly, or even daily?
5) Is this idea even feasible or is it too unworkable?
6) Could/should an update thread be a sticky?
7) Should the update thread be strictly dedicated to the updates?

That sounds like a very useful feature.
My cognitive problems often get in the way of me staying up to date.

There is already a key code for updates:

Look at the symbols to the left of a thread and follow the keycode at the bottom of the page, ie: a pulsing orange bell means there's a new post on a popular thread since the last time you visited, etc.

The other thing, is check the Facebook page now and then....click on the blue letters under my signature. I try to keep pertinent info on there in an easy to access format.

Maybe ask a healthy friend or caretaker to help you out. This has become my other part time job (I'm singing later this afternoon)...I understand the confusion, but things are moving quickly, and TIMS has a very good method in place for keeping up-
best,
cheer

wonky1, I can commiserate about cognitive problems! Thanks for your post -- I was beginning to think I was the only PwMS here with such troubles.

cheer, all your suggestions are good ones, thanks. I knew about the legend of bells -- but I didn't know one of them is orange. Knowing about the color makes the legend make a bit more sense... I should have guessed there was more to the legend than meets the eye (an ON pun).

If only I could see the color orange (or yellow and red, too).
If only blinking things didn't give me an instant headache behind my eyes.

Your kindness is very much appreciated and undoubtedly will be helpful to others who have trouble keeping up with the board.
