Hey all,
If u r like me having an over active bladder that is driving
U crazy, here's what helps. U probably know this but try to
Minimize ur sugar intake.
It took me a long time to figure this out.
Also if u have the neck pressure:
It feels like a migraine only in the neck were the
Veins are. As soon as I feel something starting I breath in a
Plastic bag increasing the co2 levels.
Apparently that dialates the blood vessels.
Does it include veins too. I hope so.
It works most of the time on migraines before they
Get bad.

I can't fathom why sugar would stimulate urination. In my case, what brings on BURNING urination is computer use (it activates metabolism due to EMFs, as well as prematurely aged my body).

Also astringents, such as coffee, cherries, bring on urination,

...but (at least in the case of cherries/berries) it's a NON-BURNING-REFRESHING urination (unlike the computer-urination), and also it flushes out infections.
