I have been having a lot of chest tightness and chest jumping. I have been to the doctor to rule out that it is anything to do with the heart. I get so scared though every time the chest jumps. I cannot get to sleep and it feels so heavy in the middle like I cannot breathe. My doctor put me on an acid reflux type of pill since that's what she thinks is causing it. I think it may be a strained muscle due to my overactive bladder and vesicare pills.
Does anyone know of any exercises or treatments for the stretched muscle to stop it from jumping and aching? I hate this:(
