The diet that works best for me is a 85% raw food diet. It included fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts and sea vgetables.
When I do cook food, it's usually quinoa or brown rice.
Also, I stay away from all meats, fish and poultry--anything that has a face. Plus no eggs, dairy, legumes or gluten.
I love the raw diet. I had some good results pretty quickly.
