Not MS, but another interesting research area which could be relevant in future.

The artical speaks of a brain chemical called GABA. Is this the same chemical in Neurontin, which I believe is GABAPENTIN ? I now take Lyrica which I believe is called preGABA. The last year I have been on Lyrica and Amytriptiline and It has been the best year I have had since being dx in 2004. Could Lyirca be raising the GABA level in my brain ?
They seem to be saying this helps for Parkinson's, why not MS?
