Is there anything that anyone can suggest besides Baclofen for spasticity and general lack of balance and clumsiness? My MRIs don't show any new lesions, but my symptoms are getting progressively worse. What can I do?

Ask your physician about Keppra.

My balance was a mess for months, and spasticity was killing me. And I was also clumsy. Keppra did the trick for all of that!

(Some people like Neurontin, also.)

The problem is, though, if you are on Baclofen, it "appears" that you might be suffering from "tonic spasticity" (there are different types). If that is the case, from what I understand and have heard, that is hard to treat.

Again, though, especially since Keppra doesn't interact with other medications, and is known to be a very good "supplemental" drug, (and it does not metabolize in the liver), perhaps you still might ask your physician as to whether you could try adding it to your treatment regimen.
