Hey everyone *waves*

So I posted a few weeks ago because I thought I was having the first symptoms of MS:

- transient numb spots on my face
- burning sensation in arms, pains in hands/toes
- L'hermitte's sign in right knee, also transient
- Sudden vertigo, not lasting more than a second

I had blood work back and it showed 230 for my B12, which is not below normal but my doctor gave me a shot anyway, and said often people have symptoms below 300. I'm a vegetarian but I eat fish now and then. I told her my concerns and she was hesitant to give any credit to the MS theory. The B12 shot was yesterday and it's hard to tell if I'm feeling any better, I don't know if it would take effect so fast.

My question is for anyone who's had L'Hermitte's signs:

About a quarter of the time (if even that much) I will have what feels like a muscle twitch in my right pectoral muscle when I bend my chin, like my muscle is flexing in high-speed, it is not an intense feeling, very subtle. If this is actually a L'Hermitte's sign, do you typically have them each time you bend your neck, or is it at random times? Literally I will have it one second, and then bend my neck again and it's gone.

At this point I have managed to get somewhat a hold of my stress level, and have luckily stopped having panic attacks, as such I seem less dizzy despite the occasional sensation of vertigo here and there. I see my GP again next week, if this keeps up I suppose I will ask to see a neurologist.

Thanks everyone, I hope you are well

Well, this sounds promising, pretty good news, huh? I've nevef experienced L'hermitte's sign though, so I can't help you there I'm afraid..
