Hi all

Can't believe how much my back hurts, I've stretched, I've taken the Nsaids and I'm still in agony.

Any suggestions?

Heat pack? Cold pack? Muscle relaxant? Is there any position you can stand/sit/lie in that gives some relief?

I type this standing at my kitchen counter because I don't want to sit down right now with a sore back.
