Hi,

I recently got a probable MS diagnosis. Getting another MRI this week and have had blurry vision, dizziness and occasional tingling for the last 4-5 months.

Recently I've had very bad "fuzzy head" feeling. It's like I've taken a strong cold medicine and I cannot focus. I feel slow and almost like drunk/buzzed feeling. I have read that some people with MS call this Fog Head.

Does anyone else experience this. And more importantly - Does it go away?!?! Does it come and go, does it get better, does it get worse? Thank you for your honesty.

that would be the good ol' cog-fog. i can't say i've had comparable experience.. my brain trouble affected my eyes, and turned out to resolve when i fixed a previously undiscovered zinc deficiency. also i noticed after taking ginkgo for a while that i could hold onto a train of thought better.

Hi Nbee
sorry to hear you've got a probably dx. Yes the cognitive problems, the brain fog - I call it the 'floaty balloon-head' .

With me it comes and goes. Settles in for weeks at a stretch, magically lifts for no apparent reason. Returns to visit often. Pain in the **** but coffee, cat-naps in early afternoon (if you're working I even found 20 mins nap on the office floor did work), and NAC - N-acetly-l-carnitine (supplement) helped me but in a limited way.

HTH
