Hi,
Small doses of methylphenidate ( Ritalin ) can help. But fatigue has many components to it. Exercise, rest, nutrition etc. Sometimes, resting for 20 minutes greatly helps. I call it " charging the cell phone".

I am in Australia as well, Sydney city, and take it as I use Lipitor for my MS (my cholesterol is fine). I remember a few years ago it was hard to find, but now its on the counter at the chemist, but is really expensive there. Its labelled as CoQ10.

I get all my supplements in bulk from iHerb.
