I have had MS for about 12 years. As I began to use a cane and walk "off kilter" I noticed my muscles beginning to stiffen. I thought about deep tissue massage but a friend told me about rolfing. I've been going regularly ever since (about 7 years). I feel it's kept my muscles more supple. It relieves the stiffness. It's like a workout for my body because, through my rolfer, I can exercise my muscles in ways that I personally cannot do.

I would consider it. It's helped me tremendously.
