If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

Cytoxan

Post by Pcheesewhiz »

Last friday I saw my neurogist who mentioned giving me infusions of Cytoxan. I did a internet search on it and found a paucity of infomation. Does anyone have any firsthand experience with it or knowlege of where I can find detailed information? Any help would be appreciated. Laura

Just to clarify the issue here, Revimmune is a new, high dose cytoxan protocol that completely wipes out the immune system except for the stem cells in the bone marrow. Following this, the stem cells are then stimulated and the immune system is rebuilt. This is a very different procedure from chronic low dose cytoxan which is designed to just suppress the immune system.
