this is interesting. I think ms for me started with a broken spirit and an alergy to conformity that I ignored for years. It broke my cortisol..lol eventually. the stress hormone is the apex of body and spirit. it is how seemingly intangable words and concepts get inside you and tear you apart. STRESS no more let it all go

Interesting article, I want to research it more now. So far I've been doing my own meditation kind of thing, I sit in the shower with the lights off so it's pitch black, I even put a towel along the bottom crack of the door so no light can get in. Then I just sit and try to focus on the sound of the water, I do this every night before bed, helps me relax!

Googled this. Looks like it has a lot in common with some of the techniques of deep relaxation taught by a lot of sport coaches. If it wotks for them, no reason why it should not work for us.
