This Is MS Multiple Sclerosis Community: Knowledge & Support

I wad dxd PPMS in 2003 ( From the very beginning no RRMS or SPMS ?) ,Aquiductal Stenosis in 2004(rejected by surgeons saying “Arrested Hydrocephalus”, Non-compressive myelopathy in 2004,Demyelination & ?Prograssive MS in 2006.I was having WBC Count of >14000 in 2006 and was given IMURAN 50 mg *2 a day ,which was discontinued from Mar’10 on being asked to do so by the neuro. After all blood,nerve conduction ,thyroid and MRI ( Three Times )of dorsal spine and brain the doctors are confused to give a correct diagnosis,(They r reluctant to say this is MS). I had have three relapses in 2003,2006 & 2009.but as per the doctors no new lesson found in the MRI excepting the demyelination at D1..D2 level found in the MRI in 2006,the symptoms are also more or less the same like * Lack of balance
*Walking Difficulties
*Bladder,Bowel Dysfunction
*Erectile dysfunction etc.
The severity of the symptoms increases with each relapse and again improves to some extent.I had have two episode of vertigo in 1994 and 1996,once with vomiting.Feb;10 my neuro asked me to have a MRI to look for "VESTIBULAR PATHOLOGY". The radiologist asked for contrast on being seen some sort of infection at D1..D3 level,but on looking at the MRI the neuro said it is too small to take any action.

Now I have stopped all meds since Jul’10 ( No major down side in symptoms observed) am in a confused and frustrated state of mind doing nothing for the ailment. Sir pleaaaaase show me some way out of the limbo land..

hey there, sounds like a whole lot of no fun. have you ever looked into optimizing your nutritional status b? you can do a fair amount in that dept without docs. bloodwork is useful but not 100% mandatory..
