Just wanted to wish everyone a safe and fun packed Halloween! I have a neighbor who was paralyzed from the waist down in a car accident and we usually dress him and his wheelchair up as a race car! I will try to post some pics on Monday. I am thankful this year my dizziness and off balance feeling seems to have dissipated. Knock on wood!! Nothing like walking in the dark and feeling like the ground is moving with a bunch of little ghosts around you!

thanks scorpion those photos sound like they'll be fun :D
take control of your own health
pursue optimal self care at least as actively as a diagnosis
ask for referrals to preventive health care specialists eg dietitians
don't let suboptimal self care muddy any underlying diagnostic picture!
