do you have bladder problems? i do. my kidney area does bother me. my kidney tests so far are fine. but it seems when i am getting a uti or have one this achey pain is worse. if i drink, drink, drink water and some natural stuff added it keeps the uti's at bay better and the back ache is better. of course then you know what happens andmy bladder is overactive to begin with.

i've found those darn uti's are sneaky. they kinda lurk around and don't show their true colors at times. but as a rule of thumb for me anyways, when i get the achy back i know what's brewing. and even though i try to drink a lot normally, i really hit it hard to try to flush it out.

if you have a problem passing urine you might wanna try this. i had read where asparagus helped uti's. so, i drank the juice and ate the asaragus "the canned" just a can a day and let me tell you the flood gates were open. but, the achy back let up. who knows, the ryme or reason, but it's just what i experience. i hate what we are forced to experience by this monster they call ms!

I had only mild bladder issues (I was mostly aware of them as they got suddenly better post-liberation), but the bladder insult from the IV (and holding my pee for 4 hours) was pretty big.

I don't think it's a coincidence that I have twice had a mild UTI (gives me some kidney pain too) in the six months following.
