Don Van Vliet (Captain Beefheart) one of my favorite musicians of all time died of complications from MS. Sad, sad day.

I remember a few years back some people from some art gallery were claiming that he didn't really have MS. However, some good folks from the Magic Band explained that even in the early/mid 70's he was exhibiting symptoms of MS.

this was a double bummer for me too - it was "oh no! he's gone" and then "oh, no! he died from MS?" What does that even mean? It scares me whatever it means.
