Monthly interferon beta?

I have heard there is an interferon beta, like avonex and betaseron, being developed that you only need to inject once per month. What do you think about this? The safety of the pills coming out, like Gilenya, make me nervous...

Biogen is working on a pegylated version of Ifn-B. It is currently in phase III.
