Would you use a monthly interferon beta?
Yes, only if it was equally as effective as existing interferons 100%  100%  [ 1 ]
Yes, only if the flu like symptoms were also once per month 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
No, because it still needs to be injected. I would rather take a pill. 0%  0%  [ 0 ]

I have heard there is an interferon beta, like avonex and betaseron, being developed that you only need to inject once per month. What do you think about this? The safety of the pills coming out, like Gilenya, make me nervous...

Biogen is working on a pegylated version of Ifn-B. It is currently in phase III.
