Help! My urologist recommended I take Cystoprotek for Interstitial Cystitis symptoms. I asked if it would be bad for my MS and they told me to research it online. I have found a bunch of articles saying many different things, my head hurts from trying to decipher it all. I know some of you that post here have extensive knowledge about different supplements. Could you please tell me if the following ingredients will boost my immune system.

Glucosamine Sulfate
Rutin
Quercetin
Chrondroitin Sulfate
Olive Kernal Extract
Sodium Hyaluronate

I would appreciate any input.

Thanks,

Alicia

As the member here who believes that excess insulin is involved in MS, I personally think that the glucosamine supplements are not good for us because glucosamine is sugar-based and would therefore raise the blood glucose level and consequently the insulin level.
