I've started a 5-day course of IVSM and the last time I did this was 7 yrs ago and I can't remember when I started to feel better.

At what point should I conclude that this is not working?

I've never done a 5 day stretch with IVSM, just the 3 day. I found that it depended on what my flare up was. If it was numbness it normally started going away after the first day and was completely gone by the end. Optic neuritis started getting better by the last dose. I'm still pretty new to all this but that's what I've found so far anyways.
