Late Feb and March and occasionally early April a bad time for anyone else with MS??
This is the change into Spring time for us UKers

I seem to relapse every year around this time or have a surge of old symptoms.....

Just wondering if anyone else in the UK has this problem and any advice on how to avoid it??

Not from the UK. I’m in Southern Ont. Canada. Every spring (early to mid April) my eye (optic neuritis) would start to act up. Big black floaters in my left eye. I would get into a panic thinking I was starting another relapse. I would stress myself so much that my drop foot would start acting up as well as the electric shock down the opposite leg. So every April I kept watch for the floaters to start and when they did I took a few days off work and just relaxed and took it easy at home. This seemed to help me and no other old symptoms came up. Just the floaters
