This Is MS Multiple Sclerosis Community: Knowledge & Support

I am extremely frustrated, I use the autoject 2 which I truley like, but the problem is my is not working correctly anymore. I've called shared solutions, thought I was getting another one only to find out I received a letter 1 week later saying they where looking into it and passed it on to someone else. I called again this morning and was told my doctor was being contacted to approve another one. Called the doctor and they have no record. I need another autoject but I can't seem to find out where I can purchase one. I also have essential tremories and I shake badly, so it's hard to inject, I don't want to give up. If anyone knows where I can purchase one please let me know angelcathy@aol.com

I called Shared Solutions a few months ago requesting a new one and it came right away. Perhaps you should call them again, be firm, and tell them that if it going to be so difficult to receive a replacement autoject you may have to change medications to a company that is more responsive to its patients. That should get their attention!
