How would you decipher these two MRI's any help would be appreciated

2005 Brain Mri
Impression: Multiple areas of T2 hyperintensity in the cerebral white matter as described.

2012 Brain Mri
Impression: Nonspecific white matter signal abnormalties in the cebral hemispheres. Demyelinating disease is favored over chronic microischemia changes.

I would say they are saying the same thing......except one says the lesions look more like demyelinating disease rather than issues with blood flow in small blood vessels. (Basically MS like rather than blood flow issues)

I am no Dr though.....maybe someone could have a go at translating.
