I have had an mri without contrast of my entire back and brain come back negative and a lp also come back negative. I feel like I have had blood tests for everything under the sun, but nothing has come back definitive.

My symptoms come and go except for my toes & tongue. They constantly are tingling like they are getting shocked with electricity. The right side of my face feels like hot pins are pricking it, which lasts only a few seconds at a time. I get really dizzy, especially when I bend my neck downward. I also had lhermitte's sign back in January, which is when all of these symptoms started, and that lasted for about a month.

Since the mri and lp came back negative I am pretty sure that I don't have ms. Does anyone have any ideas where I should from here?

i'm surprised your mri came back clean if you had lhermitte's.. did they do both brain and spine mri?

as for moving forward, from where i sit i'd have to know more about history, dietary preferences/habits and lifestyle, and any other symptoms or health issues that you may have but have not mentioned specifically when you mention the tingling burning issues.

other than that, if you don't already, i'd start keeping a journal of symptoms and timing, so that you have something to take to appointments with any other specialists you might visit.

has your neuro ruled out a peripheral cause for your symptoms, as opposed to central?
