How do I know?

Hi everyone. I was newlt diagnosed in june this year but im pretty sure ive had ms a very long time. I finally had what I think was my first intense relapse and that's what drove me to find some answers and now looking back all these things started happening when I was about 9 or 10. Anyways in feb of this year I thought I had torn or pulled or pinched a muscle or nerve in my right shoulder and neck area my neck and shoulders were VERY tense and at first just my shoulder tingled. Then my collarbone started itching but was numb also it itched so bad to the loin I was scratching myself raw and that wasn't even helping because I couldn't feel scratching! Then the collarbone regained feeling and the numbness spread to my arm and down into my hand. My thumb. Index, and. Issue finger see all tingly. They ran many a test to rule out any type of arthritis or carpel tunnel finally my gp just sucked do bad that I started strictly seeing the neurologist solely since I also have been dealing with debilitating migraines my entire life. and got a new gp. While my new gp did a significant number of bloodwork including any vitamin deficiencies, thyroid problems, lyme, and other things, my neurologist did an MRI with and without contrast on my brain and Cspine. This came back with a spot of inflammation on my Cspine. He said there were non specific sPots on my brain but these are common for people with chronic migraines. He then told me maybe ms. He had me get an LP and with those results he and the ms specialist I saw for a 2nd opiniOn both said MS this was in June. Over the last few months I had been getting slightly better my shoulder still tingled here and there but it wasn't even everyday anymore. I started not being so tired. My arm was normal again. I assumed it was remission. I still have plenty of sx mostly cognitive issues. That I've always had like memory issues bad, not being able to focus, stuff like that. I've also had a lot of pain in my legs. My neuro gave me Topamax for my headaches but nothing for anything else. I started rebif like the very beginning of August (am now on 44s) and that has made me feel like crap...I did however miss my shot on Tuesday since I'm happy with my schedule I decided I would just take my shkt today. Starting yesterday...shoulder and neck pain came on full force again today I'm a wreck. I am totally and utterly EXHAUSTED even though I got Plebty of sleep. I just feel ALOT different. Very brain foggy (didn't take the Topamax either because I wanted to see if that was what was causing the fog) been having slight tremors and muscle twitches ALL OVER. I've also been watching my fluid intake because my need to urinate has become a constant t hassle. I won't drink anything for 3 hours and I can be in the bathroom to Pee several times! It interrupts my sleeping. So what's going on with me? How do you know when your in remission and when your relapsing?

hey there manda, any chance of a peek at all the nutritional bloodwork results? i can tell you if anything's out of line. the lab ranges are useless. they don't tell you much more than that you're alive. if you can get your hands on any copies of those types of past tests, i'd be happy to review :D
odd sx? no dx? check w/ dietitian
99% don't meet these. meds/lifestyle can affect levels
status can be low in ms & other cond'ns
'but my results are normal'. typical panels don't test all
deficits occur in 'normal' range
