I had it recommended to me by a couple of different people and I am opn my first dose now, I have all the physical sensations of being tired stil by my head is getting pretty sharp. Reading on the Chronic Fatigue and Narcolepsy forums I'm seeing varying talk of what the first few doses are like, and varying reviews of it either losing or gaining effectiveness as time goes on.

Any other MS people try this?

I tried it and hated it. Gave me panic attacks. I didnt even really know what a real panic attack was like untill i was on nuvagil.

I have tried Nuvigil, it does seem to help me from feeling sleepy. But it does not give you any energy boost or surge. I also still find my thoughts to be slow, so it does not help me focus much or any. I guess I would rate it a C-. Also my insurance wouldn't pay for it, but I did get 1 month free from a Nuvigil offer.
