I'm still trying to get rid of the stubborn numbness in my right forearm/elbow. The TOS stretches helped my hands but didn't fix the arm thing. I thought y'all might be interested in exercises/stretches for the other nerves affecting the arm and hands.

These videos have several exercises you can do from a sitting position. I would start with the tai chi...the others are more painful/aggressive (did them...have a bit of fire under me arms now 8O ). If you have any way to relax your muscles before the exercises, I think that would help. Also, note one of the therapists says do the stretches every other day to avoid overworking the nerves. Happypoet...do NOT overdo it again. :wink:
