You can sequence your personnal microbiome with this crowdsourcing project which seems to have success. They claims that wit 50,000 users they will be able to correlate specific microbiome characteristics with multiple sclerosis and many other diseases.

You can sequence your gut and compare it with others. A sample kit costs 89$.
