MS and Vyvanse

Hi all, I'm a newbie here... I take 30mg of Vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine) for adult ADD, diagnosed 2011, been on it for a month. My MS was diagnosed 2009. I have been blessed with a very mild course, and haven't had a relapse since my dx 2009. But Vyvanse is making me very hot and sweaty and now I'm having 'pseudo' exacerbations (I think) because of the heat vyvanse generates inside me, in conjunction with the oncoming summer weather.
Anyone else with MS taking vyvanse, and experience this?
