If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

Buzzing/Paresthesia

Post by silverwings87 »

Yay for my newest symptom to creep up on me...

Anybody have any suggestions on what I can do to help my it more tolerable, or less bother some?

(The buzzing started on the top right of my left foot, then moved to left side and under my foot, now it's under my knee, and occasionally when I'm walking, under my feet (right and left).) Not a horrible symptom, but getting old fast.

I have not found anything that helps this. But it CAN go away over time, or lessen. With time, we also seem to develop an ability to compartmentalize our minds and kind of block it out of our conscious mind for the most part. I think I've heard some people say that a TENS machine seems to help, but I haven't tried that myself.

This is my only remaining symptom. I find lack of sleep an aggrievating factor. Also sitting still for long periods.

I have found that taking 4+ day and night of these has had some noticeable effects in the past: http://www.iherb.com/Source-Naturals-Tu ... blets/1421
